1 bundle soba noodles
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons Mizkan (Bonito Flavored) Soup Base
3 shelled and deveined shrimp
3 carrot slices
3 fresh mushrooms
Heat up a pot of water and bring it to boil. Cook the soba noodles until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside in a bowl.
In the mean time, heat up 1 1/2 cups of water and bring it to boil. Add the Mizkan (Bonito Flavored) Soup Base and the rest of the ingredients. Boil for about 1 minute or until the shrimp are cooked.
Ladle the soup onto the noodle, and top with the seaweed and togarashi.
