unveiled its delayed $39,000 (excluding a $7,500 federal discount and another $2,500 for California residents) four-door sedan, which the company says is capable of hitting 85 mph thanks to its 134-hp electric powerplant. A six-hour charge gives the CODA sedan a 150-mile range.
