Cameron Diaz

Diaz legged it in L.A. in a military jacket paired with skinny jeans and Pierre Hardy wedges. She added two bags, including a studded number from Marc Jacobs.

Kate Hudson

Ali Larter

Larter celebrated the re-opening of DecadesTwo in a Balenciaga top, vintage Levi’s and a Chanel bag.

Ashley Olsen

Olsen got down to business in towering Balenciaga shoes, skinny jeans and a simple button-down shirt. The enterprising twin was attending a product launch for The Suite Life stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse.

Hilary Swank

While elaborate outfits are often spotted at New York Fashion Week, Swank opted for basic blues at the Bryant Park tents. The actress’s fuss-free look paired straight-legged jeans and a long-sleeved T-shirt with a metallic belt and open-toe shoes.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Paltrow was one hot mama while strolling about town in Santa Monica. The actress wore skinny jeans, a ruffled blouse, sandals and shades—perfect accessories for the California sun.

Jennifer Hudson

America’s favorite Dreamgirl showed off her daytime-chic style at a MAC luncheon in Beverly Hills, where she was the guest of honor.

Hollywood’s 25 most powerful stylists

The Hollywood Reporter’s 25 most powerful stylists and some of their main clients:

(Relaxnews) – After stars including Jessica Chastain and Michelle Williams topped best dressed lists during awards ceremony season, the women behind their looks rate highly in an annual ranking by US publication The Hollywood Reporter (THR) of the industry’s 25 most powerful stylists –which this year excludes fashion mogul Rachel Zoe.
After evaluating factors such as clients, visibility during awards season and breadth of influence, THR cites Kate Young, whose patrons include Natalie Portman, Rachel Weisz and Michelle Williams, as this year’s most powerful stylist.

The latter wore red Louis Vuitton to the Academy Awards last month and came second in a Twitter best dressed list, according to data based on tweets sent regarding the awards ceremony with the hashtag #BESTDRESSED. Jessica Chastain topped the poll with her black and gold Alexander McQueen dress, although her stylist Elizabeth Stewart, who also dresses Viola Davis, Freida Pinto and Jennifer Lawrence, came in fourth place in THR’s list.
Meanwhile, Emma Stone, who impressed at the Oscars in a bow-detail Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown, is styled by Petra Flannery — who takes third place in THR’s compilation. Last year Rachel Zoe, who gained attention in the early 2000s due to her work with the likes of Mischa Barton, Nicole Richie and Keira Knightley, topped THR’s most powerful stylist list. This year Zoe doesn’t feature on the rundown, although this exclusion is explained in an article by THR’s Shirley Halperin.
“Because her success has been so beyond what anyone thought a stylist could achieve, THR decided to recuse her from this year’s list,” wrote Halperin of the stylist who has become a television star and boasts her own multimillion-dollar fashion empire.
The ladies on this year’s list are breaking into the design world too though — Young last year teamed up with designer Lynne Hiriak for the knitwear line Cardigan by Kate Young and Leslie Fremar created a capsule line of basics for Fruit of the Loom.

Red Jeans

Jessica Alba put a modern spin on her off-duty boots, T and blazer look by eschewing a blue jean and opting for a tomato red instead.

Lily Collins proved that even casual-casual can look smart enough for dinner at a swank LA eaterie if your jeans are on-trend.

For a recent night at the theatre, Doctor Who actress Karen Gillan slipped into these scarlet trews.

This wasn’t the first time we snapped Mollie King out and about in these plum-hued skinnies by Firetrap – and no wonder. They’re hot!

Bandmate Frankie Sandford, meanwhile, favours the spray-on burgundy look.

Cher Lloyd erred on the side of coral when she arrived at the BBC Radio One studios for a recent appearance.

This cropped red jean, leopard-print bag and leather jacket ensemble that we spotted on Nicky Hilton in October was a masterclass in how to rev up old wardrobe favourite.

The trend hasn’t escaped Hollywood’s notice, either. Amanda Seyfried wore her red jeans – smartened up with a button down-vest and heels – to an LA junket for her film In Time.

Young hipster Shenae Grimes put a grungy spin on her red skinnies with a band T and a leather jacket at the launch of Just Dance 3.

Trust the ever-fashion forward Fearne Cotton to be one of the leaders of this style pack – she was wearing her red jeans as far back as July 2011!

SJP pushed the trend on in this luxe snake-print pair.

Emma Roberts remains high on our style radar – and it’s on-the-button street style looks like this red denim one that that are keeping her there.

Our Spidey (style) senses went into overdrive when we spotted Emma Stone out and about in NY in this hot pair of red denims. Plus, not only had she accessorised them with the It-bag du jour – the Lanvin JL bowling bag – but she was also toting another piece of arm candy we would love to get our hands on: boyfriend Andrew Garfield. Sigh.

Max fashion points go to consummate style maven Vanessa Paradis for putting a luxe twist on the trend and taking it to the red carpet.

Never one to shy away from a tricksy trend, Rachel Bilson secured a spot on our fashometer in these printed tomato numbers paired with a cute cable knit sweater and biker boots.

Shop Her Closet

Kirsten Dunst attended the 2011 Toronto Film Festival Premiere of her new movie “Melancholia” yesterday.

The blonde actress chose to combine a look with pieces from Prada and Chanel.

She paired a navy and white polka-dot printed V-neck Prada blouse with a long pleated Chanel cream skirt.

Kirsten accessorized her look with strappy, silver embellished heels, a black clutch with gold trim detail and an elegant pair of floral-shaped earrings, which provided a pop of colour with a turquoise jewel center.

I like how Kirsten’s pieces work together to create a sophisticated but classic ensemble.  She complemented her look with a sleek half-up, half-down hairstyle and pretty light pink lip-gloss.

Rachel Bilson attended The CW Launch Party held at the Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California this week.

The ‘Hart Of Dixie’ actress wore an Erin Fetherston Resort 2012 dress.

Her pretty blush pink ruffled strapless dress was also worn with a cropped black Vanessa Bruno blazer.

Rachel accessorized her look with an emerald green Edie Parker glitter clutch and silk blush-toned Giuseppe Zanotti platform heels.

She completed her girly look with a chic up-do and light, pretty makeup.

The look feels a lot more chic with the blazer don’t you think?

Alexa Chung was spinning the decks at Stella McCartney’s Fashion’s Night Out event at the designer’s store in New York City this week.

The model and TV presenter chose a Stella McCartney Resort 2012 dress.

Her white dress which is adorned with cute black bows was teamed with Jimmy Choo ‘Wheel’ silver glitter flats.

Alexa finished her look with her trademark cat eye makeup and wore her hair in a casual ponytail.

It’s a more feminine look than what we’re used to on Alexa and I’m thankful she didn’t wear grubby boots for a refreshing change.

A similar version of this dress was recently spotted on Andrea Riseborough.

Rachel Bilson celebrated Fashion’s Night Out at Sunglass Hut in The Beverly Center, LA.

The actress, who is Style Director at Sunglass Hut, chose a typically perfect ensemble pairing a Vanessa Bruno white maxi skirt and cropped black blazer with an A.L.C semi-sheer tank.

She accessorized with a Luv AJ headband and Chloé wedges.

This is such a pretty, feminine look and Rachel completed it with slick straight hair and light, pretty makeup.

Kylie Minogue was photographed arriving at an office in London on Wednesday.

The petite singer wore a black YSL dress with a Karl Lagerfeld-esqe white collar and cuffs.

Her silver button down dress was accessorized with black pumps and tan oversized sunglasses.

A casual ponytail and pretty makeup completed her formal street style look.

Marion Cotillard made her first television appearance since having a baby on ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’ last night.

The new mum, who was there to promote her movie “Contagion,” glowed in a one-shouldered teal Lanvin draped cocktail dress.

She accessorized with only a pair of T-strap peep-toe heels adorned with a cute bow and a thin bracelet.

I think the dress looks incredible but I do feel some earrings would have taken this ensemble up a notch. It feels a little too bare without any.

An up-do and perfectly flawless makeup completed her gorgeous look.

Kate Mara attended the premiere of “Tanner Hall” in LA last night to show her support for sister Rooney Mara, who stars in the movie.

The actress chose a simple red wool crepe Prada Fall 2011 short sleeve dress.

She added to her look Prada Fall 2011 accessories, including a rust-coloured lurex button-detail clutch and a sexy pair of Prada Cammeo python heels.

Kate wore her fiery locks down in pretty curls and opted for lightly rimmed eyes and coral lips.

It’s a simple but classic look and I love how her accessories complement her hair.

WHAT’S RIGHT NOW!

Who’s Seeing Stars? Celestial Celebrity Looks!

Celebrities love stars—Dolce & Gabbana ones, to be exact! The label’s celestial fall 2011 pieces have popped up all season on chic celebs like Olivia Wilde, who opted for metallic below-the-knee dress, and Jessica Alba, who styled the label’s star-studded maxi into a chic maternity dress. The graphic pattern can be tricky to wear, so that’s why we’ve turned to Hollywood for styling tips.

Hayley Atwell

Hayley Atwell took Dolce & Gabbana’s stars to the red carpet in a sleek column gown. She dressed up the look with glamorous waves, and let the pattern shine with understated accessories.

Kim Kardashian

If anyone can make stars sexy, it’s Kim Kardashian! She paired her curve-hugging star print frock with black patent heels, a sleek ponytail and a simple clutch.

Rosario Dawson

Rosario Dawson struck a pose in full-sleeved frock splashed with stars. Her metallic heels echo the celestial pattern.

Zoe Saldana

Zoe Saldana went graphic in a fitted white frock emblazoned with oversize black stars. She accentuated the old Hollywood silhouette with screen siren red lips.

Penelope Cruz

Stars don’t just come out at night! Penelope Cruz stepped out in a starry blouse tucked into wide-leg jeans, proving that the pattern is perfect for casual daytime looks.

Solange Knowles and Evan Rachel Wood

Solange Knowles and Evan Rachel Wood both stepped out in Dolce & Gabbana’s star-studded pants. Knowles paired them with a classic button-down and black blazer, while Wood went rock and roll in a leather jacket and graphic tee.

Kristen and Rachel’s Stylish Night Out and More!

They’re coming back to TV! Kristen Bell and Rachel Bilson hit the carpet at the CBS, CW, Showtime summer bash in Beverly Hills, where they helped stirred up buzz about the networks’ new shows. Bell (who became a fan boy favorite on Veronica Mars) will appear in the dark comedy series House of Lies, while Bilson (who hit it big on The O.C.) stars as a big city doctor who relocates to small town Alabama in Hart of Dixie.

Trend to Try Now: Pastel Highlights

Looking for a way to switch-up your summer look? Consider pastel highlights like Lauren Conrad and Taryn Manning, or dip-dyed tips like Kate Bosworth! Most hair salons will offer semi-permanent color in a variety of shade—just be sure to ask your colorist to pre-lighten the sections you’ll be dyeing to be sure the tones are vivid, not muddy. To try the look at home, dilute a dye like Manic Panic Semi-Permanent Hair Color Cream ($14, rickysnyc.com) with a daily conditioner before painting on your strands. Nervous about the permanence of the look? Try a few strips of colored extensions to give it a commitment free test-drive. (We like the ones from BellaVia.)

Mary J. Blige’s New Perfume: My Life Blossom

Mary J. Blige is following up her best-selling My Life perfume with the launch of My Life Blossom next week! The new scent contains bright floral notes of gardenia, mandarin, white freesia and orange flower, and will launch exclusively on HSN August 13th for $55 per bottle. For every purchase, one dollar will be donated to The Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now, a charity founded by Mary J. Blige that offers women scholarships and grants. For more celebrity fragrances, check out InStyles handy A-Z Guide in the gallery below.

The Bachelor/Bachelorette Charity Auction: Bid on Contestants’ Looks!

Calling all shopaholic Bachelor fans: More than 30 former Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants are auctioning outfits they wore on TV for charity, starting tomorrow! Trista Sutter, the first-ever Bachelorette, came up with the idea after tornadoes struck her home state of Missouri and she wanted to do something. “I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve been in my closet and noticed items I wore on the show, and thought, ‘I need to auction these off!’” Sutter told InStyle.com. “My mind immediately went to my extended Bachelor/Bachelorette family—to gather outfits they wore on the show to raise money.” Molly Mesnick (from The Bachelor) volunteered to help and looped in her friend Corri McFadden of eDrop-off, a luxury consignment service, to make the auction a reality. Go to shopedropoff.com starting tomorrow, August 5th through August 12th to bid, and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross.

Celebrities Love… Aruna Seth!

Celebrities love Aruna Seth! The British designer launched her bridal accessories line in 2009 with the idea of creating shoes that make you feel like a princess, and the results have landed on real-life royalty ever since. (Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie and royal relative Pippa Middleton are fans.) “Having the prestige of being British and having the royal family request and buy shoes from you is an amazing feeling,” Seth, inset, told InStyle.com. “They like these shoes because they are timeless, and they give you instant luxury.”

Celebrity Style Inspiration: Color-Blocking

Embrace color this summer with one of the biggest trends from the runways and Hollywood: Color-blocking! The power of juxtaposing high-beam hues is both daring and riveting; and as Carey Mulligan, Emmy Rossum, Emma Stone, and Olivia Palermo prove, it works for everyone. Just be sure to chose colors that flatter you as much as you fancy them.

Celebrities in Bikinis: Spring 2011 Edition

Slipping into a skimpy swimsuit after a long winter isn’t exactly everyone’s idea of a good time. But as women across the nation search tirelessly for the perfect bathing suit, celebrities like Tori Spelling, Christina Milian, Brooklyn Decker, and Rachel Bilson relax on sandy shores in colorful and printed bikinis without a care in the world. Leave it to Hollywood to prove there are flattering and fun suits for every body type!

Brooklyn Decker has established an incredible modeling career due in part to her voluptuous figure. Mrs. Roddick isn’t your average runway model, but Decker’s curves are what have made her such a success! Her beauty is effortless and fun in this mismatched bikini. Yellow and white stripes go perfectly with her blonde locks.
Christina Milian opts for a striped bikini as she frolics in the surf with her daughter. The yellow details on Milian’s top make the simplicity of the black and white stripes pop. An adorable baby makes one great accessory!
Maria Menounos and Rachel Bilson keep things simple and streamlined in solid color bikinis. Menounous’ brown bikini plunges to reveal tasteful cleavage but offers full coverage at her sides, which can be very important for busty beach goers. Bilson’s string bikini gave onlookers a peek at the actress’ svelte figure as she vacationed with on-again boyfriend Hayden Christensen. Bilson proves that keeping it basic is often the best way to let all your hard work at the gym shine.

Serena Williams and Tori Spelling both exude extreme confidence when they hit the beach. Williams’ toned curves steal the spotlight in a strapless pink top and leopard print bottom. The tennis champ makes no apologizes for her buxom body, as she flaunts her figure to the fullest. Most importantly, Williams looks to be having a great time as she splashes through the waves. Even though she’s expecting her third child with husband Dean McDermott, Spelling rocks in a printed bikini. The 90210 alum shows off a tattoo as she perches poolside.

Take a tip from Hollywood and leave insecurity at home when you step into your swimsuit this season!

Your Fashion Future

If You Loved…Black Lace

Romantic but super sexy, black lace was everybody’s favourite choice for high-octane partywear this Christmas. Emma Watson went gothic on the red carpet in this sultry number, the high street was awash with über-cool bargain alternatives, and the autumn catwalks –from Dolce & Gabbana to Donna Karan – saw plenty of action from this ultra-glam fabric, too.

You Should Try…Spring’s Lace

The Catwalk Inspiration: Erdem (pictured), Christopher Kane, Alberta Ferretti, Dolce & Gabbana

Lace lovers needn’t worry – while the midnight shades will look too dressy when spring swings around, there’s a whole new palette of colours to play with. Go for confident reds á la Erdem if you dare, or vintage-look nudes as seen at Dolce & Gabbana.

If You Loved…Red Dresses

From very tuned-in statement pops of colour on heels, handbags and scarves to bold, look-at-me dresses in scarlet, tomato, claret and cherry, red was the colour to be noticed in this season.

You Should Try…Tangerine

The Catwalk Inspiration: Prada (pictured), Cacharel, Giambattista Valli, Christian Dior, Marni

Bear with us on this one! Though orange might not initially seem like the most appealing of wardrobe shades, we saw it all over the spring catwalks worked in all kinds of cool ways. Our favourite? Invest in a little fake bake, then rock this colour as a tropical print dress with contrasting hot pink and turquoise accessories.

If You Loved…Camel Colours

The coat of this season? It has to be the classic camel number: eternally chic, works with everything – it was the best investment buy of the last six months! And that’s not where the craze stopped either – serious stylists were trying out the trend as 70s-inspired trousers and sweaters, too…

You Should Try…Neon Brights

The Catwalk Inspiration: Christopher Kane (pictured), Jil Sander, Acne, Celine, Jason Wu, DKNY, Versace

…Buuut, what better way to forget winter’s grey days than spring’s mega brights. No, this isn’t neons the nu rave way – for 2011 acid hued pieces are taking a grown-up turn. Look out for ladylike dresses and cropped jackets in sunshine shades, or have a go at matching zingy trousers or shorts with a simple white or grey tee.

If You Loved…Minimalism

Understated luxury, pared-back chic and unassuming elegance were all buzzphrases for winter – think Calvin Klein’s no-frills approach to dressing. Celebs like Angelina and rival Jennifer Aniston loved this trend’s grown-up feel and its muted palette of greys, navies, blacks and nudes.

You Should Try…Crisp Whites

The Catwalk Inspiration: Practically all of them! Our top tips include DSquared (pictured), Stella McCartney, Fendi and Michael Kors

Those of us with a hankering for even more simplicity will have found it in this spring’s obsession with utilitarian whites. Forget the floaty, peasant numbers of the Sienna Miller days, because we’re talking futurism this spring – clean lines, and sharp, crisp and precisely tailored pieces.

If You Loved…Shearling

Before autumn had even started, we couldn’t move without seeing a forward-thinking lady sporting one of these aviator-style leather jackets, and, inspired by Alexa Chung, Nicola Roberts and the Burberry models, the trend carried on well into the end of last year.

You Should Try…Spring Leather

The Catwalk Inspiration: Balmain (pictured), Gucci, Celine

For a similar rock chick, Kate Moss vibe, have a go at working leather as the weather warms up. It doesn’t have to be hot ‘n’ sticky: skintight styles are totally passé anyway, so snap up loose-fitting shorts, skater-esque skirts and sleeveless tank tops which can be layered over knitted tights and sweaters until the sun starts coming out.

If You Loved…Animal Print

The leopard print faux fur coat’s become a winter staple in the GLAMOUR.COM girls’ wardrobes, but that’s not where this trend ended. Heating up our evening wear, we spotted wild at heart prints on every A-lister from Fearne to Rachel Bilson, and on plenty of mini-dresses and accessories during party season.

You Should Try…Tribal Prints

The Catwalk Inspiration: Diane Von Furstenberg (pictured), Missoni, Derek Lam

Animal print purists will be pleased to know the look’s definitely sticking around for another season, but if you’re into test-driving something new, pick up jumpsuits, harem pants and batwing t-shirts in patterns inspired by every corner of the globe.

If You Loved…English Heritage

Barbour jackets, leather riding boots and cable knits: countryside staples made a comeback this winter, thanks to trend champion Alexa Chung and the über-cool catwalks of Great British institutions Paul Smith and Topshop. Tweeds, plaids, sheepskin and wool all went from musty to must-have in a couple of months.

You Should Try…Tropical Fruit Prints

The Catwalk Inspiration: Moschino Cheap & Chic (pictured), Stella McCartney, Betsey Johnson, Prada

An easy to way to channel the quirkiness of the heritage trend in a spring-friendly way! Delve into a veritable fruit bowl of inspiration – retro banana, orange, lemon and pineapple prints make the coolest finish to this spring’s dresses and short-sleeved shirts.

If You Loved…Maxi Skirts

Even when summer was over, we couldn’t get enough of floor-sweeping hems. The winter way to wear maxis was 90s-style: grunged-up, with chunky work boots, heavy, holey sweaters and faux furs, like Brit It-girls Fearne Cotton and Daisy Lowe.

You Should Try…Mid-Calf Hems

The Catwalk Inspiration: Fendi (pictured), Diane Von Furstenberg, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu

Change it up by getting in touch with your inner lady (you know, the one who really wouldn’t approve of your slightly chipped nail polish and the run in your tights) and invest in one these utterly feminine, totally timeless numbers. Works best with heels ‘n’ tights or simple sandals when it’s warm.

If You Loved…Mad Men Styling

Whether it was Joan, Peggy or Betty whose style you wanted to steal, the Mad Men effect gave us a retro fabulous winter of swishing circle skirts, cinched in waists and hourglass figures – with Dita Von Teese as the look’s most famous face.

You Should Try…Revisiting The 70s

The Catwalk Inspiration: Salvatore Ferregamo (pictured), Temperley London, Marc Jacobs, Etro

Flares, high-waistbands, floppy hats and headscarves: you better believe it because the 70s is spring/summer 2011’s defining decade. All the most famous silhouettes are back, as are round-rimmed sunnies, big hair and anything that would have worked at Studio 54. Go forth and stock up (or just raid your mum’s wardrobe).

Lighten up for summer—literally! Brooklyn Decker lopped off her locks, and so have Jennifer Aniston, Olivia Munn, and Keira Knightley (just to name a few). The latest star to make the cut? Glee‘s Dianna Agron.

Bold Lashes

Lush fringe complemented turquoise shadow at the Christian Dior spring/summer show; Ginnifer Goodwin pulls off the look perfectly.

Whimsical Waves

Blake Lively is the queen of sexy, tousled tresses—and according to runway-hair gurus, this lived-in texture is au courant.

Burgundy Lips

Don’t toss your wintery red lipstick just yet! Makeup maven Pat McGrath painted puckers dark rouge at spring/summer shows like  Givenchy and Yves Saint Laurent —and celebrities such as gossip girl Michelle Trachtenberg are following suit.

Rich Hair Color

It Brit Alexa Chung was one of the first to rock ombré strands. While she’s kept her dark roots, she’s since ditched her bleached ends, proving that brunettes can have fun in the sun too!

Red-Tinted Tresses

Another former ombré-lover, Drew Barrymore , has also changed her hair hue—to red! She’s not the only one: Rihanna, Scarlett Johansson, Mandy Moore, and Blake Lively have scarlet fever.

Purple-Rimmed Eyes

The purple haze from Etro’s spring/summer catwalk has reached the red carpet: Nicole Richie demonstrates lavender eye shadow’s lovely effect.

Straight Bangs

It seems counterintuitive for summer—don’t you want hair off your forehead?—but long, blunt bangs are seriously trendy. Besides bridesmaid Rose Byrne , stars like Olivia Wilde, Jessica Szohr, and Michelle Monaghan are also flaunting fringe.

Watermelon Pucker

Whether sheer or matte, fuchsia is summer’s go-to lipstick shade. And, as Emma Stone shows, the brighter the better! For more on this trend, check out the pink pouts at Diane von Furstenberg and Jil Sander.

Center-Parted Locks

A middle part is more casual and carefree than a side one. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be glamorous! Infuse center-split locks with a dose of volume à la Lea Michele for an unexpected twist. For more pointers, view the luxurious waves at Gianfranco Ferré and Emilio Pucci.

Emerald Eyes

Rihanna ‘s played-up peepers prove that, whether bright or muted, green shadow is worth wearing. It also happens to be hot for summer: the makeup made eyes pop at Oscar de la Renta and  Jason Wu.

Orange Lips

From soft peach to vibrant mango, orange-tinted pouts are ripe for the picking. Liv Tyler pays lip service to this trend, which was spotted at Marc by Marc Jacobs, Vena Cava, and Zac Posen.

Neon Eyelids

Electric strips of color decorated lash lines at Peter Som, Loewe, and Christian Dior—and apparently, Fergie approves!

Bronze Highlights

Don’t overdo it with your self-tanner or bronzer. Rather than an all-over tan, keep your complexion creamy and use brown-based makeup to merely highlight and accentuate. Rachel Bilson ‘s monochromatic eyelids, cheekbones, and lips exemplify this trend . Other examples: Blumarine and Dolce & Gabbana.

The Hottest Actresses Who Won’t Go Nude

The Hottest Actresses Who Won’t Go Nude

Usually, nude scenes are a dime a dozen, but getting actresses in them isn’t easy- in fact, many refuse sex scenes outright! Here’s the list of the hottest celebs that, unfortunately, none of us will ever see nude, except for their (extremely) lucky hubbies.

Jessica Alba- “I don’t do nudity. I just don’t. Maybe that makes me a bad actress. Maybe I won’t get hired in some things. But I have too much anxiety.”

Jessica Simpson- “I will never do nudity. I don’t care how dark and intellectual the role could be, you know. I don’t care if I frickin’ could get an Oscar for it, I’m not going to do it.”

Kate Beckinsale- Apparently, Kate swore off nudity onscreen after her mother, TV actress Judy Loe went naked on TV, causing Kate harrassment at school. She doesn’t want her daughter to feel the same!

And no, ‘Underworld 2′ does not count no matter how much we wish it did.

Jennifer Garner- “I will not be taking it all off! Zero percent. No, thank you. The world deserves better. Not interested.”

Emma Roberts- “I don’t know that I’d do a full-on nude scene, ever.”

Well, plenty of time.

Rachel Bilson- “Movies can be sexy or sexual without showing things…It’s almost a deal breaker. (The Last Kiss) was rated R, and they like to put in nudity wherever they can, but I’m pretty strong willed and believe it can be avoided.”

We believe not! Well… We guess we do.

Kristin Kreuk- Nope. Nada. Nothing. Just… no.

Isla Fisher- “It is not like I have a problem with nudity but I didn’t think there was anything funny about seeing a woman’s nipple. I feel like if you have a female comic character and then you see her nipples, then she is no longer funny which is clearly wrong but that was my theory and that’s why I didn’t want to do it.”

And this is what the dude who played Borat comes home to. No wonder he could stoicly push past the wrestling scene.

Mandy Moore- “It would be completely uncomfortable to walk down the street and know that the person passing by had seen me without my clothes on. I’ve turned down several roles where the producers or directors or writers wouldn’t budge on that point.”

We wouldn’t feel anything weird about you. Promise.

Rachel Leigh Cook- “You won’t catch me taking my clothes off; I get cold easily. I have no problem with actors getting naked in movies, but taking my clothes off makes me uncomfortable. I’m very shy. I won’t do nudity, and no body-doubling to make it look like it’s me.”

At this point, there really is nothing to say.

Christina Hendricks- “Anytime someone talks about your figure constantly, you get nervous, you get really self-conscious. I was working my butt off on the show, and then all anyone was talking about was my body!”

But they need to BREATHE, Christina! BREATHE!!!

Olivia Munn- “It would never happen. I think there’s nothing wrong with Playboy – there’s nothing wrong with women who want to be in the magazine, if they’re comfortable being naked and showing everything. But I’m looking through it like, ‘Holy shit, that’s a lot of vadge.’ I mean, it’s filled with that stuff. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just not something I’d do.”

Reese Witherspoon- “If they (actresses) take their clothes off, they objectify themselves. I am flabbergasted by how many legitimate actresses do it.”

Megan Fox- “Ugh, never! That’s the last thing I want to see- what I look like having sex. It would take one shot of me not looking good and I would not be able to have sex ever again, because I would always just see myself looking like a hippo having sex. I can’t ever imagine myself doing nudity in a film. It lives forever, especially now, with the Internet. I just can’t. I just can’t.”

Coloured Denim

Sunday marks the official first day of Spring and many celebs have already started adding more colour in their closets in various ways; this week it was denim.

Stars like Khloe Kardashian, Rachel Bilson and Anna Kendrick were all spotted rocking coloured denim jeans recently.

As colour-blocking is clearly one of the biggest trends for Spring 2011, denim seems to be a great way to add a lot of colour to your look without totally overdoing it and leaving room for more.

Anna Kendrick attended the Rag & Bone dinner at Intermix in LA on Wednesday night in a pair of Rag & Bone green jeans. She kept things cool by adding a Rag & Bone black sheer blazer, a Rag & Bone white top, gold accessories and Botkier black open-toe sandals.

Rachel Bilson was spotted leaving her hair salon in a pair of burgundy Paige denim jeans. A floral printed scarf, black blazer, Burberry Prosum Knight bag the from Spring 2011 collection and classic Ray-Ban Wayfarers top off this look.

Coloured denim is nothing new. Of course we remember SJP’s bright and yummy outfit of red jeans, a pink t-shirt and the Halston Heritage tie-dye sac bag she rocked back in September last year in New York City. It looked great then and stars made it look just as good this week.

I know I can definitely recall a few colourful jeans in my past; red, blue and even yellow.

It’s a wonderful way to stand out in style as we all prepare to say hello to warmer days.
