Across 75 sectors and an endless Deep Net, five digital realms await: glide the electric-blue NEON GRID, barter-path through the golden server stacks of the DATA BAZAAR, drift among floating memory cubes in the violet MEMORY VAULT, dodge core surges in the molten CORE FOUNDRY, and descend into the toxic-green fog of the DARK WEB. Twelve kinds of rogue program hunt you there — and they don’t fight fair. GLITCH programs teleport mid-duel, blinking between magenta and cyan static, rewarding a +5,000 POP bonus when you finally land the kill. BOTNET nodes spawn endless minion bugs until you delete the source. ADWARE popup-swarms dive your canopy in packs. Ransomware lock-bombs drift silently, spyware eyes circle and spread-fire, cryptominers, keyloggers, trojans and towering malware titans fill the datastream — with gold PRIME variants worth five times the bounty.
Your arsenal is compiled for war: the PULSE BLASTER chews through swarms with triple photon streams, TRACKER MISSILES lock up to four targets, the TRACE BEAM draws a continuous violet laser through everything it touches, the ION MORTAR lobs arcing shells with massive splash, and the DISC WAVE rolls a magenta holodisc shockwave across the grid. Stack it with the EMP NOVA — a grid-wide electromagnetic purge that strikes lightning down on every victim and chain-deletes the survivors — and OVERCLOCK bullet-time at double score. Hunt fleeing golden BOUNTY DRONES that bolt for the deep net the instant you hit them (+30,000 if you finish them in time), scoop up drifting DATA BITS for instant score and EMP charge, and deploy an allied ANTIVIRUS BOT that orbits your runner sniping everything in sight.
Every fifth sector, the grid trembles: a FIREWALL COLOSSUS rises to block your path. Ten legendary guardians — the TROJAN SOVEREIGN, the NULL WYRM of twisting glitch-cubes, the DAEMON OVERLORD, ARCHITECT ZERO itself — each a three-phase boss duel where you must delete four glowing ACCESS KEYS to shatter the firewall shield before purging the exposed KERNEL CORE, all while the colossus floods the grid with radial barrages, aimed salvos and spawned escorts. Clear a sector and the payouts stack — purge bonus, FIREWALL INTACT no-damage reward, runners-left bonus, accuracy and upload-speed bonuses — multiplied by combo chains up to ×10, CASCADE chain-deletions for rapid multi-kills, glitch pops, bounties and six-figure core kills.
