Beyond the last weather station, past the point where maps give up, lies the Everfrost — a frozen world of black ice and green fire in the sky. ABSOLUTE ZERO drops you into the cockpit of an icebreaker interceptor: frost-rimmed steel, glowing cyan instrumentation, a live sweep radar hunting for movement in the whiteout, and a penguin — yes, an actual mechanical penguin — waiting on the menu’s iceberg to wish you luck. This is a full 3D first-person cockpit shooter built entirely for the browser, wrapped in an aurora-lit world so sharp and luminous it looks carved from glass. Beautiful, brutal, and exactly zero degrees from disaster.
The heart of the game is its signature combo loop: FREEZE, THEN SHATTER. Hit the DEEP FREEZE and every foe near your aim point locks solid — pale blue statues hanging motionless in the air, silent for the first time all run. Frozen enemies take ×1.5 brittle damage, and killing one while it’s frozen SHATTERS it in a glass-burst that pays double score. Stack it with the GLACIAL NOVA — three deep-cold shockwaves that damage and freeze survivors — then pour fire into the statues. It’s the most satisfying one-two rhythm in arcade combat, and mastering it is the difference between a good run and a legendary one.
And then there’s the weather itself. Every twenty-odd seconds, the horizon howls and a BLIZZARD WAVE rolls in: visibility collapses into whiteout, the wind shakes your hull, sleet swarms pour out of the storm… and every point you score pays ×1.5 STORM RIDER. Veterans don’t fear the blizzard — they wait for it, banking their Deep Freezes and Novas, then unleashing hell at maximum multiplier while the world disappears around them.
Across 75 frost zones and an endless ice beyond, five realms test your nerve: the rippling aurora skies of the TUNDRA, drifting icebergs of the FROZEN ARCHIPELAGO, the translucent violet spires of the CRYSTAL GLACIER, the savage whiteouts of the BLIZZARD WASTES, and the deep-glowing trenches of the EVERFROST CORE. Thirteen iceborn horrors call it home: tumbling frostbits, frost-spitting snow sprites, dive-bombing sleet swarms, spiked cryo-mines, armored icebacks, carrot-nosed snow golems, orbiting frost weavers, segmented ice wyrms, blizzard wraiths — and the FROSTJAWS, which prowl quietly toward you… pause… and then charge. Your arsenal answers in kind: the SHARD GATLING, locking ICICLE MISSILES, the piercing AURORA BEAM, arcing GLACIER MORTARS, and the ground-shaking SHOCK RING — plus SOLAR FLARE bullet-time at double score, collectible AURORA SHARDS (+15,000 each), spinning GOLDEN SNOWFLAKES that drift across the whole battlefield for +25,000 if you shoot them before they escape, and the golden pickup that deploys PENG-BOT — a rocket-equipped mechanical penguin that waddles in orbit around your cockpit, auto-firing frost bolts at anything that moves. Every fifth zone, the glacier splits and a FROST TITAN rises: the FROST GIANT PRIME crowned in ice, the segmented ICE WYRM ELDER, the YETI KING, THE WHITEOUT itself — three-phase boss duels where you must shatter four glowing FROST RUNES to collapse the titan’s ward before melting the exposed HEART OF ICE, all while it floods the field with radial frost barrages and spawned escorts. Combo chains climb to ×10, AVALANCHE chain-kills detonate for massive bonuses, GILDED elites pay five times over, and end-of-zone rewards — cleared, UNFROZEN no-damage, hulls remaining, accuracy, expedition speed — stack your score into the millions.
You deploy with five icebreaker hulls per expedition, an auto-evade AI that dodges dive-bombs for you on mobile, and full glide-strafing on desktop — playable anywhere, on any screen, with zero installs.
